Job Title: Safeguarding Adults in Sport Manager (Wales)
Salary: £35,608 to £47,389 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Closing Date – 16 October 2026. We’ll be holding interviews in Cardiff on 3 November 2026.
Location: Remote, with some travel required across Wales, with the potential for overnight stays and evening working. You will also need to visit The Ann Craft Trust offices in Nottingham for periodic team meetings and other events.
Key Responsibilities
Through our Sport Wales funding we work with sports governing bodies, sport partnerships, and other system partners to ensure that the systems and approaches they have in place are effective at safeguarding adults.
This exciting post offers an opportunity to provide delivery of safeguarding advice and support to sport and recreation organisations in Wales. Responsibilities include delivering training, performing assurance reviews, and managing relationships.
The post holder will join the existing Ann Craft Trust Safeguarding Adults in Sport Team. You will work alongside colleagues who are supporting organisations with an English and a UK remit.
This is a full-time post at 36.25 hours per week on a fixed term contract to 31 March 2028. Within this time period we will also be able to confirm funding for a further 12 months minimum post April 2028.
