All our events and training will be listed on our website and can be booked directly though CourseSight.  The platform requires the booker to create a free account and link to The Ann Craft Trust so that our administration team can support with queries.

The CourseSight platform accepts all credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Invoices can be arranged if requested and applications will be required to complete the financial requirements for processing which include Purchase Order numbers.

On occasion we may run events through Eventbrite. All third-party booking fees will be listed within this platform if required.

We reserve the right to cancel an event or training and will notify delegates as soon as possible to either process refunds or rearrange for future dates.

Prices are listed on both our website and within CourseSight. Discounts may be available on certain courses when booked in groups and advance.

Online events & training

Some of our events and training will be delivered online via the platform, Microsoft Teams. It is your responsibility to ensure your systems allow for access to this in advance of your course. This will be stated in the vents and booking pages on CourseSight.

In person training & events

You should check in with the trainer at the stated venue on arrival. Delegate lists for the training with full names and job roles should be confirmed 5 days before the date of the delivery to Ann-Craft-Trust@nottingham.ac.uk.

eLearning

All our courses are available to purchase via CourseSight and when purchased will be emailed directly to the delegate. Group bookings can be made, and discounts will be applied on request for groups above 10. Discounts are applied to baskets at checkout.

Delegates will have access to their course for 6 months and learning is valid for one year.

Courses purchased in bulk are valid for one year of purchase and will expire if not allocated. If you have any questions, please contact admin support. Ann-Craft-Trust@nottingham.ac.uk

Participants

We advocate a set number of delegates to attend each session and places will be listed via CourseSight. All participants identified should be present for the duration of each session.  Before the session starts, your trainer will give instructions and guidelines, in terms of engagement and expectations during the session. This helps to ensure everyone feels secure and safe about how the session will run and maximise the benefit of the learning. Please ensure you are ready to start a few minutes before the agreed start time.

Evaluation

Our standard practice is to issue evaluation forms, at the end of a delivery, using the chat box and these are returned through survey monkey. Please complete on the day, as this supports future planning and development of our sessions.

Financial Terms

Cancellation of training within four weeks will attract a charge of 50% of course fees; within two weeks 75% and within one week 100%. It may be possible to re-arrange dates; however, this is subject to availability.

Please ensure payment is made via CourseSight direct or within 28 days, on receipt of electronic invoice, to avoid unnecessary extra charges Purchase orders are required to process invoices, please ensure we are in receipt of this prior to the training taking place.

Support

Ann Craft Trust trainers will be sensitive to the needs of the participants and offer support as far as possible during training, but the ultimate responsibility for the care of participants, following training, lies with the individual and the commissioning agency.
