Additional Policies and Procedures to Support Governance Requirements

In addition to your Safeguarding Adults Policy and Procedures, there may be other policies and procedures which you can or may be be required to put in place to support your organisation’s governance requirements.

First, you should make sure you have a Safeguarding Adults Policy and Procedures document in place which adequately addresses the specific risks and processes within your organisation. We have some templates for different organisations which can help you identify what you might need in your policy and procedures.
