We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Safeguarding Adults Development Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to influence and improve safeguarding practice across a range of organisations and sectors.
You will provide expert safeguarding advice, guidance and support, deliver engaging training, undertake safeguarding audits and assurance reviews, and work collaboratively with partners to strengthen safeguarding arrangements and drive continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting organisations to develop effective safeguarding cultures, policies and practices.
