On 1 July, an in-person Partnership Event day will take place.
This is an opportunity to bring colleagues together to connect, share learning, and strengthen safeguarding practice across the sport & activity sector.
We are organising this event in partnership with the Active Partnership National Organisation and the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit. The day will include a keynote speaker and a range of workshops designed to inform, inspire, and energise.
The Ann Craft Trust will be facilitating a workshop showing The Invisible Scars: A Survivor’s Experience of Abuse in Sport, a short film in which a survivor shares their experience of abuse within their sport.
This event is for Lead Safeguarding Officers from National Governing Bodies and Active Partnerships in England, as well as Sport Welfare Officers.
