Our New Events & Training Booking System is Coming Soon

As part of our training service offering, we have invested in a new online portal that will help you to book our events and training more efficiently and at your convenience.

We will be launching a new booking engine using CourseSight this October. We have selected this software because it is designed to save you time. This easy-to-use software not only allows you to book, cancel and manage courses through self-service, but also tracks your delegates and their course completions in one central location.

Here is a guide that will help get you started  when booking your training with us.

How you search for training?

You will be able to access our catalogue of events and training straight from our website as normal via our events page.

When you click for more details and booking you will be transferred to our booking engine where you can either book that course or filter your search results to show you more options.  You can refine your results by searching a Keyword, Category, Location, Timeframe, Qualification, Delivery Method and more.

Booking an Open Training Course

Before booking a course, you will need a CourseSight account. It is free to register!

You can create one by going to https://coursesight.co.uk/join/bookers or by contacting support@coursesight.co.uk.

Booking a Bespoke Training Course

We still offer bespoke training courses that can be developed to suit your organisational needs and at a level that is relevant to your employees. If you would like more information you can get in touch with our admin team.

Booking as an Organisation

Your entire company can have logins to one CourseSight account, meaning all training is recorded and accessible in one central location. Once you have created your company account, you can add as many users as you like from “users” in the left-hand navigation.

CourseSight enables you to book and pay for multiple courses online, with both debit and credit options, getting your VAT receipt and joining instructions within minutes.

You can also request to be invoiced later, where an agreement has been reached between you and The Ann Craft Trust. To do this, you must be linked with us.

Linking With The Ann Craft Trust training page.

There is a linking feature which is one of the most valuable features of the CourseSight system, not just because it is unique, but because it enables all users to benefit from the system and begin to build smart communities.

Smart communities allow industry bodies, training providers and companies to make connections. This enables private or preferential interactions between each party.

By linking with us, you are able to:

  • View and book any private courses we offer.
  • View and use automatically applied discounts without any additional administrative effort.
  • Access to our closed community, which offers exclusive access to certain courses.
  • Access to the option to pay later by invoice.

How to Link:

Linking with our page is simple.

  1. Create a link, you simply need to send a request via the ‘Links’ tab in the sidebar menu on the left-hand side of their CourseSight account.
  2. Then click ‘Add Link Request’ to request to link with us.
  3. Once we have accepted the link, you will have access to any benefits so long as you are logged into your account.
