We are so pleased to be able to offer our new online events booking system which will give you instant booking to our latest events and training. The platform is used world wide and trusted throughout the industry so it is safe and efficient to use.
In addition to reminders of your events when booked you can add to your calendar which will help planning your training in advance in safeguarding.
To use Eventbrite you will need to register an account, which is free, and then you can access and book events via the platform. Your data will be stored with this platform and so please be sure to choose your marketing preferences when setting up your profile if you wish to receive more news about events as we do not have access to this.
If you are looking to book on behalf of a group or organisation, you can do this via your profile and then add your colleagues details so that their tickets will be issued to them.
Here is a simple guide to getting started:
- Log in to Eventbrite and search for an event you want to attend.
- You can search for an event by location, date, event type, and even whether it’s free or you need to pay.
- Select the ticket you require / number you require.
- Continue to confirm your order and confirmation emails will be issued to you from Eventbrite emails. This will include the links to access the training online or details and tickets for attending in person.
Please note that some of our events are subsidised by our funders and there may be free tickets available should you work within an organisation. The criteria to qualify for a free ticket will be set out on the event. If you have questions regarding what qualifies please get in touch with our admin team.
We understand that this system will be new to some people and so if you need support or have any questions regarding events or bookings please get in touch.
Please be aware that we are updating our admin systems so are no longer able to process invoices for post attendance so to ensure your booking it is best to use this platform.
