This November we will be celebrating 30 years of safeguarding adults and young people at risk and to mark this milestone we are looking to create a safe space for people to reflect on the pioneering work by the charity and to celebrate Dr Ann Craft.
As a charity we are looking to raise funds so that we can commission a memorial to be positioned close to our main office in Nottingham University. This bench will offer people the opportunity to know where we are and what we do as well as be a place to rest and contemplate about how safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.
How can you donate or help us to fundraise?
30th Anniversary Charity Dinner
As part of the fundraising initiative, we are hosting a charity evening dinner on the 23rd November at the Crowne Plaza in Nottingham, which will follow our annual conference. The evening will include a three-course meal and entertainment by the Kit Mason Trio band. Tickets are £60 and tables can be booked in advance if you would like to join us.
As part of our fundraiser event, we will be running a raffle and are currently looking for donation prizes. If you would like to donate a prize, then we will be sure to mention your organisation and name during the evening as a special thank you. Please get in touch with your details and what you would like to donate to our prize fund email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
As a charity we are a non-profit organisation and all proceeds from this event will be used to fund our pioneering work in safeguarding. Funding helps us to offer free training and create more learning courses for the wider audience of safeguarding champions among us. As a sponsor you will have your logo printed in our commemorative special 30th anniversary bulletin and countless ‘thank yous’ throughout the evening.
If you would like more information about sponsoring any part of our event, such as a drinks reception, a cheese course or guest gift bags then please get in touch with us email@example.com to discuss opportunities.
If you can’t make our event but would like to donate to the charity, please click here to donate.
