Safeguarding Adults at Risk Training – Afternoon Session

This is a half-day session of a one-day training course. This afternoon session will cover:

  • To gain an understanding of the categories of abuse and neglect.
  • Know how to recognise and respond to allegations and disclosures of abuse.
  • To be aware of the key safeguarding principles of the Care Act and how this will inform practice.

 

Key Information

This event is part of a set of two training sessions; a morning and an afternoon session. Attendees can attend either the morning, afternoon or both.

Location: B18, Law and Social Sciences Building, University of Nottingham

Times: Afternoon session – 12:30pm to 4:00pm (12:30 arrival for a 1:00pm start)

Price: £55 per session (or £99 for the whole day)
