Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Training – Morning Session
The aims of the morning session are:
- To understand why the MCA is important.
- Understand the 5 core principles.
- Understand how an improved knowledge of the MCA can support decision making for an individual.
- Recognise when a person’s rights are not being upheld.
Key Information
This event is part of a set of two training sessions; a morning and an afternoon session. Attendees can attend either the morning, afternoon or both.

Times: 9:00am to 12:30pm – Morning Session (9:00am arrival for a 9:30 start)
Price: £55 per session (or £99 for the whole day)
