The report from The Older People’s Commissioner for Wales discusses the underlying causes of digital exclusion. The result is that many older people cannot access crucial services such as health appointments.
Many feel pressured into using online banking, and many more face barriers to everyday tasks such as parking cars or joining in social activities.
