Safeguarding Adults Week - Physical Abuse Trust Your Instincts

Little research has been done regarding the physical abuse of adults at risk of harm in England, despite this being the second most common type of abuse reported nationally.

The webinar is based on a thematic analysis of safeguarding adult reviews for physical abuse. We will explore practical ways frontline professionals can prevent serious physical abuse among those they support.

If your safeguarding experience tells you that something is wrong, then it’s vitally important that you trust your instincts.
