What is the Safeguarding Adults Roadmap?

The Safeguarding Adults Roadmap is a tool for you to develop your understanding of what it means to create a safer environment in your sport or activity.

The Roadmap breaks down the process of creating a safer environment into a series of manageable stages. It also provides you with the tools and resources to develop a strategy for implementing meaningful policies and procedures.

We designed the Roadmap to help you on your journey to improve practice. It will help you demonstrate to your participants that you are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment.

In this free launch event, we’ll discuss how the Roadmap works, and how using it could help transform your sport or activity organisation. We will also offer some guidance for any organisations interested in starting their own Roadmap journeys.
