Understanding the importance of professional boundaries is vital when creating a safe culture in organisations for both users and staff. In this session we will explore what professional boundaries are and how they can be implemented. We will also discuss the benefits professional boundaries can bring, the challenges of implementing them, and the impact of not having clear boundaries in place.
