Mind Mental Health Safeguarding in Sport ACT

This webinar, hosted by Mind and Ann Craft Trust, looks at safeguarding and managing risk for people experiencing mental health problems.

Mind are delivering a series of webinars to support the sport and physical activity sector around mental health. This is part of the charity’s Sector Support programme which is funded and supported by Sport England and the National Lottery.

The aim of the webinar series is to upskill sport and physical activity organisations and workforce to better support and engage people with mental health problems in being active.

This webinar, Mental health and safeguarding in sport and physical activity , will be hosted by Mind and the Ann Craft Trust and will look at safeguarding and managing risk for people experiencing mental health problems.

The webinar will cover the following:

  • Adults at risk
  • Top tips for safeguarding risk management
  • Boundaries, and when and how to break confidentiality
  • Scenarios and examples from the sector

The webinar will take place 11.30am-12.15pm on Zoom.
