For safeguarding professionals, supporting people to plan for the future can be just as important as responding to immediate concerns. A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal tool that enables individuals to appoint trusted people to make decisions on their behalf, should they lose the ability to do so themselves.
In this free online seminar, Alice Jiggins, Investigations Team Leader at the Office of the Public Guardian, will explore the role LPAs play in safeguarding adults.
