People thrive when those who are important to them listen, work together, and support them to achieve the life they choose.

This interactive webinar explores how working together can help people with learning disabilities and other support needs have more choice and more control. We will explore the role of families and care professionals, the importance of listening, and how working together can help people live the life they choose.

Camphill Village Trust is a social care provider and charity rooted in community, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health support needs to live healthier, more active, and independent lives. The Camphill Village Trust Co-Production Team includes both staff members and people supported by the Trust.
