Invitation to Tender – New Training Management System & Partner

We provide training services to safeguarding professionals and other organisations. We currently offer a variety of learning opportunities, including free online resources, eLearning courses, online seminars and workshops, and offline events. Also, we can develop bespoke training programmes to meet an organisation or sector’s unique learning requirements.

As we are a relatively small team, it is vital that all of our internal systems are as streamlined as possible. We need automated administrative processes that are as convenient for our team as they are for our delegates.

Due to the expiration of an existing contract with our current supplier we are seeking a new partner.

Ideally, this partner needs to provide the following:

• Provide and work with us to launch a new upgraded Training Management System (TMS).
• Develop systems that support four of the Ann Craft Trust’s training activities. This includes eLearning (the software must be SCORM compatible), open training, bespoke training, and consultancy.
• Support the development of Customer Records Management (CRM) or Training Records Management (TRM), either as part of our TMS or integrated with it, to track all interactions with customers. Marketing integrations would also be beneficial.
• Provide ongoing hosting and technical support and development with the new system.

Timelines

The deadline for initial submissions is 17/3/25. Initial shortlisting will occur at this point.

A full brief will then be shared, and initial and informal online meetings can be scheduled, with shortlisted organisations.

The scheduled deadline for full written tender applications of 31/3/25.
