Your organisation is required to work through the 10 essentials of the Safeguarding Adults in Sport Framework as per the requirement set by Sport England in your recent funding agreement.
We have outlined the 10 essentials below:
We will support you with the safeguarding adults assurance process. But it is also important that you see this work as part of your general provision to safeguard all adults in your organisation.
Join Our National Specialist Partners (NSP) List
We’re compiling a new NSP list, to help us support you, your organisation, and other organisations throughout the process.
Please complete this form and we will add you to our new NSP list.

We can offer you the following in line with other Sport England funded system partners.
Free Training Opportunities
Advanced training – For Safeguarding Leads and Deputies
These online sessions explore best practice, the law, and how to respond to and report safeguarding adult concerns. We’ll also discuss creating a safer culture and an inclusive and accessible environment, as well as the importance of effective safeguarding policies and procedures.
Each course takes place across four sessions. You must attend all four to complete the course.
Board and Trustee Training
We can deliver online or in-person board or trustee training. Often, we deliver this in collaboration with the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit.
For more information, please contact our training and consultancy team.
