Announcing ACT’s Safeguarding Open Training 2017

ACT are hosting six open training days at the University of Nottingham in 2017.

We are running the following training courses at the University of Nottingham.

1st June
Safeguarding – The New Challenges (for Managers);
Including MSP, Prevent and embedding the MCA

8th June
An Introduction to Safeguarding Adults in Sport and Activity;
A course for those working in sports & leisure

15th June
The Mental Capacity Act for Managers

28th June
Safeguarding Children & Young People With Learning Needs and Disabilities;
Increased risks, good practice, challenges and opportunities

5th July
Children and Young People/Adults with Learning Disabilities Facing Risks of Sexual Exploitation; 
Good practice in prevention and response

12th July
Domestic Abuse and Disability
