Donations

60% of people with learning disabilities are abused at some point in their lives. Your donations and support can make a real difference to this.

You can make a donation to Ann Craft Trust in various ways:

 'Give As You Earn'

Payroll Giving giving is an easy way for you to donate and provides a vital source of funding to the Ann Craft Trust, giving us a regular income and allowing us to plan for the future.

Giving direct from your pay is also tax free. What's more, the government now add an extra 10% to every gift you make. For example, if you pledge £10 from your gross salary each month, it will only cost you £7.80, but the charity gets £11 , thanks to the taxman not taking his share and the government adding an extra 10%.

How does 'Give As You Earn' Work?

Individual Pledge to ACT (gross) Cost to Individual @ 22% tax (net) Cost to individual @40% tax (net)
£5.00 £3.90 £3.00
£10.00 £7.80 £6.00
£15.00 £11.70 £9.00

If you would like to give as you earn to the Ann Craft Trust, please complete the 'Give As You Earn' form and pass it to your payroll department for processing . If you do not wish your employer to know to which charity you are donating, please send the completed form to: The Charities Aid Foundation, Head Office, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4TA or email to giveasyouearn@CAFonline.org . They will remove any reference to The Ann Craft Trust and return the form minus recipient information to your employer's payroll.

Donations

These can be made by cheque payable to Ann Craft Trust and sent to The Ann Craft Trust, Centre for Social Work, University of Nottingham, University Park, Nottingham NG7 2RD
